We aim to provide an excellent, friendly and helpful service to all our customers and are always available to answer any questions or give advice about product selection.

How to Order

The easiest way to order is to browse our catalogue and add any items that you are interested in to your Wishlist. Once you are done, send us your Wishlist and we will contact you to discuss any special features of your order and all the options available and to arrange for payment and delivery.

Please note that rental items are only available to customers in the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland.

Payment

We do not at this time accept online payment.

However you can pay by credit card once we have contacted you and your order is finalised. Your credit card will be debited on dispatch of your order with the exception of personalised items which are debited at the time of order.

We also accept payment by cheque, bank transfer or bank draft.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is not included in the prices quoted on our site.

For Rental Items: Delivery and collection is free within a 20-mile radius of Ennis, Co Clare. Beyond 20 miles an additional cost of €0.35 per mile will be charged. Extensive travel or travel to events taking place at night may require an overnight stay and other expenses. We will always agree a rate with you for these expenses before you place your order.

For purchased Items: Many of our products are delicate or perishable and so need to be delivered by courier. We will inform you of the cost and the best method of delivery for all items before your order is finalised.

Overseas Shipping: Not all of our products are suited to overseas shipping, but we do our very best to accommodate orders from customers outside Ireland and to arrange a suitable delivery method. Please contact us for more details.
